Signed up for a gym membership, started great, but haven’t been in a long long time. I hate how I look but I don’t know how to change it myself.
Tried a diet plan, which worked for a couple of weeks, but then I had a cheat meal decided I would just try and eat better. Since then I’ve gained weight and I hate how I look. I just don’t know how to change it myself.
Decided I should just workout outside, save myself some money, exercise at home. After the first workout I fell off. I hate how I look and I don’t know how to change it myself.
I try to avoid Cardinal games when it’s hot out because I hate how I look in a tank top.
I avoid going to the pool or lake with friends/family because I hate how I look in a swim suit.
I’m uncomfortable when we go out to eat because people are judging me for what I order.
I don’t want my kids to go through this.
